GROUP TRAINING

Our group fitness classes are designed with your best interests in mind. We limit each class to a maximum of four clients, ensuring a semi-private environment that allows us to personalize and adjust the program according to your unique needs. Before joining a group class, every participant undergoes a comprehensive movement assessment and AMP Performance testing. The more we know about you, the better we can tailor the plan to your specific goals and requirements. Your well-being is our priority!
