We do not take insurance. However, on the physical therapy side, we can provide superbills, which contain all the necessary treatment codes and details, for submission to insurance on your end. It’s important to determine if you have out of network benefits and to understand what those benefits entail before starting at AMP. That information can be found by contacting your insurance.
